What's so great about being in love with someone?
Well, to be honest I don't really know because I have never had any experience before, and the only people that I'm in love with were the people in my small family.

All my ordinary friends, yeah coursemate, ex-schoolmate, either have their own partner or trying hard to find one. It's like, wha I was so far away at the back compared to people my age.

And sometimes, I heard people saying things like "we're seeing each other, but haven't declared yet." I have to admit that this part is the yuckest thing I've ever heard. What declare? If you propose "will you be my girlfriend?" what is so sacred about that? Eeuuwww~

I have asked my mum, back to the time when she was seeing dad before they got married in 1979, what is the pattern of their love. Is there any declaration "from this moment, we are couple". Do they at that time have something yucky like that?

My mum's answer is simple. Love at that time is full of uncertainties. But the lovers don't find a need to express their love through words. The feeling is in their heart. They're naturally drawn to each other, want to be with each other, care for each other, hard to part their own way once they met. There is no guarantee. No girls back then would pester the guy to declare that she's his girlfriend. They'll see each other, when the guy's ready, he'll ask her hand for marriage. If it happens that he fell in love with someone else, that's too bad.

So here, I have constructed the signs if a man like you based on my mum's sayings and even my own encounters. You can feel berbunga-bunga if you find these signs on a guy who is your friend, better if you also have feelings for him. Enjoy.

1. If a man show interest to a woman, he will try to ask her out. (If she didn't like him, she will try to find excuses to avoid seeing him.)

2. A man who likes you will always appear wherever you are, even when he doesn't have any business there.

3. If you become friends with a man that you like, and you felt like he's into you, try asking him to accompany you somewhere. If he really likes you he wouldn't turn it down no matter what.

4. He'll remember you when he's away, he'll surely bring something for you when he came back, even if it just a small gift.

5. He'd sit next to you whenever he got the chance.

6. He'll try to discuss many things with you (a little exception for shy guys)

7. He tell more about himself, and try to ask more info about yourself.

8. You'll caught sight of him looking at you, ALWAYS.

9. He'll visit you when you're sick

10. His family and best friends know about you (because he told them la~)

oh, you may be wondering "how would I know if his family and friends know about me?" It's simple dear, you'll get friend request in FB/MySpace/Friendster and stuffs from his best friends, and they also start interacting with you and eventually become your friend (um...this is my own experience, but we're not compatible so the love didn't really happen)

My mum experiences, friends encounters and personal experience had give me so much insight according to my opinion about the signs that a man is not interested in you

10 signs that a man is NOT interested in you  

1. He'll avoid seeing you

2. He did not reply your messages

3. He tell it straight that "we're just friends"

4. He tells about a special someone to make you lose hope

5. You wouldn't get any special memento when he comes back from overseas etc.

6. He hardly set his eyes on you (or to be precise, you hardly caught him looking at you, instead you are the one who look at him all the time, heh~)

7. He never talk about anything serious with you, just mere "hi", "how are you", or didn't even see you in front of him

8. You hardly see him obviously being around you

9. He didn't come to any of your invitation (this is especially if you obviously show that you like him more than a friend but it turned out that he does not feel the same)

10. His friends, instead of befriending you, they'll make jokes and tease whenever you lalu lalang in front of them.
